I combine fine art portraiture with candid authenticity to give you a unique variety of images to treasure. I am a Premier Newborn Photographer, specifically Certified to keep your baby safe while creating beautiful images, and of course I enjoy taking milestone photos as they grow! I also photograph several hundred families & couples every year.

Joyce has been so amazing. We have had 3 full sessions with her, 2 newborn with our girls and a 1 year, cake smash all with family added and 2 with special requests. I wanted nursing pictures and we were almost done with the 1 year session and I saw the drawer my daughter was in in her newborn session and asked for her in it again and she was happy to do so. When we showed up to the 1 yr session she had to improvise a little because my daughter was very good on her feet. With our 2nd daughter she didn't want to sleep and Joyce was so patient and also added an individual of our oldest. We get compliments on all the pictures and they are the only ones on our wall's. We are looking forward to working with her again.

Joyce is one of the most patient people I have ever met and after my daughter's recent session for her 3 year pictures, I'm convinced Joyce is a saint. My strong willed toddler wanted nothing to do with the pictures.
Joyce patiently waited for my daughter to warm up; however, my daughter never came around. While we were walking with my daughter and playing with her, Joyce continued to take pictures. Joyce was so patient and when we left, she said "People will see your
pictures and say how good she was but you'll just chuckle because you know the real story."
We received the pictures back and they are honestly my FAVORITE family pictures. She captured us perfectly!

We are about to have our third session this weekend with Station Blue Photography and I can hardly wait to see what she has planned. I told Joyce at our newborn session what styles I tend to lean towards and the colors of our baby’s nursery. She produced beautiful and timeless photos of our baby girl and managed to even get a photo of our newborn and toddler by photoshopping them together, since our little boy was not cooperating good enough to hold the baby! When we came back for our six month session she had a set up already for us in the colors she used for our newborn session. I don’t know how Joyce could remember such specific details that I said I liked after six months, but she again produced the perfect photos for us. I highly recommend Station Blue Photography not only for the gorgeous photos, but also because you are supporting someone who you can tell really loves what she does!

We had a wonderful experience with Station Blue Photography! Our pictures are gorgeous; everyone comments on how lovely they are. Going into it I was a bit nervous as my son is autistic and can sometimes be hard to work with. Though he did great that day, Joyce was prepared to be very accommodating for us. She admitted to not having much experience photographing autistic children but you wouldn't have known it, as she did a great job with him. She even asked about the snow machine she had and if the loud noise would be upsetting to him before using it. As you can see I can't say enough good things. We look forward to working with her again.

We booked the Maternity and Newborn package after a few friends recommended Station Blue Photography, and we are so glad we did! During our maternity session, Joyce made us feel really comfortable and at ease. She was willing to try the poses I had found online, but also had tons of ideas of her own. The photos turned out beautiful, and I love them so much more than I expected, since being really pregnant doesn’t exactly make you feel your prettiest! I was even more impressed during our newborn session, though. Our new daughter wasn’t interested in sleeping during her session, but Joyce was SO patient with her and took
her time bouncing her, feeding her, and re-positioning her until she relaxed and fell asleep. She also made my (very talkative) 6 year old step-son feel special and listened to his ideas for photos that he wanted of himself and the baby. She was so accommodating, and we’re in love with the newborn photos we’ve gotten back so far. We are so happy with our choice to go with Station Blue Photography for such an important time in our lives, and we can’t wait to work with Joyce again in the future for more photo sessions!
